Big Screens at Unity Music Festival

The main stage audience area for Unity Christian Music Festival includes three jumbo screens.

There are two screens toward the front of the house on either side of the stage and one toward the center of our guest seating area.   This provides an enhanced experience for our guests and great exposure opportunities for our sponsors and partners.

Sponsors and partners with big screen stills or video presentations as part of their agreement should consider the following:

• Presentation screen ratio is: 16:9 (note that screens shown in picture on this page are not the current  (16:9) aspect ratio configuration)
• Provide big screen stills (such as logos) in one of the following formats
  • Vector images work best (as EPS or PDF files).  This should allow us to scale for size without distortion.
  • High-quality PNG or JPG files can work if vector versions are not available or appropriate.  If you are providing finished artwork that is not scalable, please create them at 1820 wide x 1024 high.  Please leave a reasonable buffer around the edge of these graphics without readable content.  It is possible that edges may bleed of the edges of the screen.
  • If we are going to be required to edit any part of your still graphic, please provide a complete layered file in a format such as a PSD or some similar format.  If you have questions about our ability to edit and adjust specific file formats, please contact christopher@unitychristianevents.com
• Video format (16:9):
  • preferred .mov files with h264 codec
  • secondary and acceptable MPEG-4
  • if you have difficulty providing video in one of these two formats, we will do our best to make it work.  Please contact christopher@unitychristianevents or your sponsorship contact for more information.
  • DVD or Blu-Ray formatted video is NOT generally an available option.
• We would prefer to always have video delivered digitally and delivered in a hard copy format.  Stills (EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc) can be provided as digital only.
  • If only delivered in a hard media format (Blu-Ray, DVD, CD, thumbdrive) then please include two copies that are clearly labeled.  Our preference is to always have a digital version of all materials on a thumbdrive.
  • All hard media formatted materials must be delivered by August 1 to:

    • If delivery can not be made by August 1, please email kevin@unitychristianevents.com for alternative shipping information
  • All digitally delivered stills should be sent by email to kevin@unitychristianevents.com by August 1.  If you do not receive an email confirmation of receipt within 24 hours please notify your sponsorship contact.
  • All digitally delivered video should be available for download using something like DropBox or Google Drive (not simply a link to YouTube or some other streaming service).
    • Links should be emailed to kevin@unitychristianevents.com by August 1.  If you do not receive an email confirmation of receipt within 24 hours please notify your sponsorship contact
    • Download links should not expire before August 11, 2019
  • If multiple versions are provided on hard copy media or by download, be sure to include a complete description of which version should be used.
  • It is always helpful to have a cell phone number (available on the weekend of the event) available to your Unity contact in case we need to contact you.
